besides oblivion what will give me the most for my money?]
Fallout 3 .. since it's the closest thing to Oblivion ..
ghost recon 2
Gears of War 2 was longer than i expected, if that counts. but yeah, Oblivion & for the XBox Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind was long too. i haven't played much Fallout 3 yet, but i'll believe it's long due to its makers being Bethesda.
it depends on what you're into.
i bought halo 3 which had a pretty short campaign but i can play multiplayer for years on that.
Saint's Row 2 had tons to do in it... but quality wise it aint' that great.
I've been playing oblivion on and off for like two years now. I've played the shit out of that game, and i've only just started the main missions.
Lost Odyssey was also pretty extensive, but that's a given as it's also an rpg. Civilization Revolution had high replay value. except, i played it so much i really burnt myself on that game, but it was really addictive
Cod4 has longevity, but only because of the online multiplayer.
I need to get back to Oblivion.
after i got into the PS2 games i never played i stopped. i'll get back around to it sometime next year.
FFXII is huge too, I'm over 70 hours in and still have lots of hunts and shit. but that's not for the 360, oh
lol @ 70 hours, if you play it fully you'll probably end up putting 200 hours into it.
mass effect, fall out 3 and the orange box
How good is that Orange Box, I've been sleeping on it for a while now & everyone says it's dope...
its blasphemous to even ask how good the orange box is.....
its valve....and its half life.....thats all you need to know...
half life > halo
and portal is one of the best games ive ever played.....the orange box is a must own for any fps fan......its like being a fan of horror movies and never seeing the exorcist
Mass Effect for sure. The only video game I've ever beaten and started a new game and beat it again right after the ending credits. Amazing.
