You forgot to leave out that he is one of the greastest artists of our generation :funny::funny::funny:

BTW...most people....especially great artists are hypocrites or at least have a good guy bad guy dichotomy inside of them.

i would NEVER call him one of the greatest artists of anything... most painted on ghetto brick walls maybe.. but thats where the buck stops.

lets keep it reality, if pac didnt get popped, he'd be nelly status.

big L was killed far too early. he had a chance to be an all time great. lots of people tend to romanticize pacs "legacy" into some shit it really wasnt.. dude was a fag who made a couple west coast anthems.

pierced right ear? flamboyant hand gestures? this is your thug prince? or is that what you mean by "good guy/bad guy dichotomy"? :funny:

but hey, at least he isnt mac dre right?

Dude was one of the greatest before he died. He made 3 classics in a row, "Me Against the World", "All Eyes on Me", and "Makevelli".

Big L had no chance at surpassing Tupac as an all time great. Big L never had that "it" factor. Tupac always did.

Now what you wrote hear made me laugh like a motherfucker :funny: Good One. However you do know he was living in Baltimore, MD and was attending a performance arts school at the time this video was made. The man was enrolled in acting, poetry, jazz, and ballet. Yeah so he displayed some female tendancies, lol, considering he was raised by all women.

A year later his mom moved him to Marin County, CA which had at the time some of the highest levels of poverty, crime, and drugs even tho he was always raised in the hood. This is where he really was exposed to the drug life, the gang life, and the criminal life.

So I don't get your point about that video.

i do like some of his songs but the sycophantic following that he had/has is just plain weird.Which isn't to say that i didn't have a time where i thought he was the greatest thing ever but thats when i was a teenager and really at that age, you buy into that bullshit.
I grew out of it when i replaced my liberal mind with a critical mind and began to relise that he espoused some truely hypocritical nonsense. Remember him as a recording artist but not as some revolutionary on some sort of 'if he hadn't have died where would be' type shit.

lmao @ big l didnt have "it" factor... i guess by that you mean really sweet jazz hands.

the point of the video is that this hardened street thug heralded as the prince of the ghettos got his start as a cum hungry aids receptacle for ballet dancers. great success.

I liked the early 2Pac, that one that didnt let Death Row influence his music/act. When he joined Death Row is when he started acting like a hypocritical nigga. Better Dayz, Still I Rise, Until the End of Time, Me Agaisnt the World, and all his albums besides "All Eyez on Me" were on some REAL shit. I wouldnt call him the greatest though, because he clearly WASNT lyrically maybe emotionally but not lyrically.

MY favorite song from him is "Still I Rise"

2pac's one of the greatest. Most of his music is super enjoyable, at least for myself.
