I think Seal's rendition of a change gonna come is better than Wayne Brady, but it's not to say Wayne's is bad.

I didn't even know Eric Benet was still making music, probably not gonna check it out.

    J. Hudson or Jazmin for best female vocal performance tho.

Yeah that Beyonce track is from her debut album...smh @ how they just needed a nominee to add I suppose, & I was reading the article where I got this from and they also mentioned about Alicia Keys basically being forgotten. Which is a damn shame.

For some reason I think Jazmine Sullivan is going to be taking home a couple of Grammy's.

    Best Female R&B Vocal Performance:
Jazmine Sullivan - Need U Bad

    Best Male R&B Vocal Performance:
Honestly, I haven't heard any of them

Best R&B Performance By a Duo or Group with Vocals:
    Anthony David/India.Arie - Words

    Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance:
Jazmine Sullivan - In Love With Another Man

    Best Urban/Alternative Performance:
    Janelle Monae - Many Moons

    Best R&B Song:
Perhaps the worst group of nominees is in this category

    Best R&B Album:
    ...or this category

    Best Contemporary R&B Album:
    ...or this category

The only one 1s I'm really pulling for are Janelle Monae and Anthony David. The two Jazmine Sullivan songs nominated are 2 of the few songs on her album I actually liked, so they got it right with her, but the rest of the field....[dunno]

^^I just came in here to say they forgot Robin Thicke. His new album is probably the best album this year.

Lost Without You was on his previous album though. The single came out end of 2006

The Anthony David/India.Arie song came out in 2006 also. I have no idea how the Grammy folks decide eligibility.

I just saw Maiysha got nominated too, good for her.
