You must have been rather fat, because my cousin is 6'5" 260 and somewhat of a fat boy too.
I was, but not anymore.....and I have such a big frame and wide shoulders, I carry weight well......
I'll post some pictures.
I know kind of know what you mean about the big frame. I'm 5'9" but have some pretty broad shoulders for my size. They're almost twice the measurement of my waist . Anyway, I was at one point almost 200lbs. and nobody even had a clue, because I don't gain in any specific place. That and I don't gain much in the face.

Just took these pictures today......this is after, ohhhhh....1 and 1/2 months of weight training.
I'll post my workout for the weight loss, and my current routine as of now.
Damn, can't see much striations with that light....
My stats are.....
How I dropped the weight, 45-60 minutes+ of cardio a day.
I drank only water, watched my calorie intake, stayed away from simply carbs and sugars, ate a lot of fiberish foods....lot of stir fry and chicken,....
Oh yeah, I COMPLETELY dropped cheese from my life. Pretty simple.
Now.....I'm on NO - Explode, Cell Mass, and Mega Whey Extreme. I lift 7 days a week. Today was bicep and tricep day, tomorrow is back and legs, day after is chest and shoulders......then that just repeats.
I generally do a 15 minute warm up run/walk before my lift. I do cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes +. I do drills 3 days a week......tire lifts, dead lift walk, rope ladder, 40 yrd. dash, run routes, drills with cones.......lot of random shit.
I also do core exercises I'd say 4-5 times a week in addition to everything else.
On average, I spend 2-3 hours in the gym.....sometimes longer.
Still got ways to go you fake ass John Cena.
Anyways, I got 6 months left until I go away to play college football, plus another whole year to train as a freshmen.
I do have a little ways to go, but at the rate I'm going in all areas of my training, I should be more then good.

IMO, in those pictures you look like John Cena in the jaw area, which to me is his most distinguishable feature. Hence, you're the bootleg John Cena.

I lost it through kidney failure and emergency surgery to remove one. I've was on liquid broth till 12 days ago. I'm still messing with my diet at the moment because my apetite (sp) hasn't come back yet and I've got diabetes.
Still, I gained 12lbs in thoose 12 days.
I'm 6ft and I averaged around 180-200 now I'm 128lbs.
There's the secret.

with your cardio where you also weight training at all?
In the begining, no.
Your losing alot of muscle if your losing more then 2.5 lbs a week with no fat burners, etc.
