20 pounds in 5 weeks.....that's how much I've lost so far.

    Training for football right and start 5 weeks ago at 294....Today was way in so I rolled outta bed and got on the scale it said 274.5.....

    Damn man.....I dropped 6 pounds this week alone.......

    drop 14 more and the muscle will be piling on soon enough.

    Alright, I sort've took this last week off.....tomorrow I start back up completely on the lifting and cardio going real hard getting tons of protein in me......

    Start work on Monday and it's physically demanding so we'll see how my body reacts to this......

    I have pictures of me from then......

    but not with shirt off from front side and back....maybe I'll go head and do it now, shit I still got 19 more pounds to go minimum.....that should be the big noticeable weight as that's when things start to get chisled out.

    well done man! losing the weight is the hardest but once achieved it's a great feeling. what kind of diet are you on? when i was on weight loss i was on a low carb high protein diet for 3 weeks then slowly raised my carb level up to normal through 4 weeks i lost on average of 6 pounds a week.
    bought plenty of creatine and whey protein from ebay and bb.com

    low carb low calorie no cheese high fiber high protein

    Right now, I've dropped 36 pounds....down to 258

    Feels good. Will feel even better when I get down to 240 yuh dig.......

    I've dropped 41 pounds total so far......

    253 I'm at now.


    Tomorrow I'll be starting a brutal weight lifting routine for around 4 months before I make my tape and send it out and have the coaches start making calls.
