My trunk pops open randomly when I am at a steady incline. Only happens frequently, like maybe twice a month if that. I just hear the hinges squeaking, look back, and notice it when it does happen. Could my subs be hitting hard enough to pop the trunk open? I got a 1200 watt amp running two 12 inch JL Audio subs...any suggestions?

  3. Actualy I've been debating about getting dynomat or not. If it's really worth it, if it actualy works....it's pretty inexpensive right now, but I need to know if it's gonna definatly do the job...

my friend messed up the trunk on his caddy flletwood and fixed it 2 or 3 times with the bang he has (2-15's)i then installed dynomat and his trunck still has'nt messed up yet and his bass sounds clearer and crisp instead of the rattle
