There are non-guitar riffs, ya know.

I know what it says in the thread title, but this is RM, so fuck topics.

Morello's overrated as a musician, but the man does have some good motifs. Imo, this is his greatest achievement (you gotta listen for a few seconds before the good shit kicks in):

RATM's settle for nothing (specifically the chorus):

audioslave's bring em back alive (another where you have to keep listening):

^I actually have a screenplay that uses that riff as a leitmotif for the anti-hero.

    audioslave's moth:

Audioslave's catalogue is underwhelming really, but Moth is one of the best performances from both sides.

    Black Sabbath's Electric Funeral:

    Black Sabbath's NIB:

    Led Zeppelin's No Quarter:

    Misty Mountain Hop:

    Nirvana's Radio Friendly Unit Shifter:

    Nirvana's moist vagina:

    nirvana's milk it:

    rape me:

    YES! also Crazy on You.

Same. I liked Greg Allman's Midnight Rider and that's it.

Well, now I love you, but I wouldn't really consider much in that song a riff.
