trip you got a vivid imagination there my fwend
wow robbery of the year
I mean, it was a close battle that could've went both ways. Illmac got slept on hard and Tony's second round closer was lame. It's also the first time I've even heard this Tony guy.
But even if he legitimately won this battle, it doesn't prove he's on a level even close to Illmac. You gotta look at it like this: Illmac is one of battle rap's biggest names, has won several major tournaments, is super active, has top tier opponents, international opponents, tours, a music career, etc. He's a busy man with a long battle history, while Tony D is virtually nameless and probably starstruck that he's got the chance just to show his skills up against a big name like Illmac. The whole thing is pancakes to Illmac, plus a bit of money in his pocket, while this is the biggest thing Tony D's ever encountered.
That said, the amount of determination and preparation from both becomes so lopsided that the outcome really doesn't come as much of a surprise. Illmac probably found time to prepare on his flight in while Tony D spent months in the mirror preparing to defeat the legendary Illmac. Both did their thing though. Illmac's second was dope and very true about all the leagues and battle clones.
You didn't spell friend right. I forgive you though <3
The guy who sent me the spoilers (no mexican auto shop) said Tony bodied Illmac. What a dweeb...Welcome to Daddy's ignore list bwahahahahahaha
That stuck out to me as well. lol
I don't think I've seen anyone that thought Bender won even try to make the argument that Illmac robbed him of a win.
what a disgusting judgement.
Impact's nose looks like a brown piece of cartoon garlic. That's that shit I don't like.
You can argue he got the first two honestly, it's just not consensus opinion.
why didnt illmac come like this vs ars
he shit the bed with that battle for the whole world to see
team white <<<<<<<<<<<
That's why I thought it was weird. Usually people take that kind of angle if the consensus thinks it's a robbery or at least it's debatable enough to say one person got jerked/didn't lose, but if he wanted to talk about battles Illmac should have lost, it's a strange choice to choose one that most people think was a clear win.
On first watch
Round 1: Tony D
Round 2: thought Illmac was gonna take it until Tony D started bringing it halfway through his verse
Round 3: Definitely Tony D, Illmacs weakest round
Come on you illmac fans, I haven't seen this Tony D before either, but its ok to admit Illmac lost a battle. Illmac had good multi's but no hard hitting punchlines, if he had some hard hitting punchlines the crowd would have reacted. He just had multi's with some clever lines but nothing to make a crowd react unlike Tony D who actually came with punches to make the crowd react. Flawless like a flintstones car was dope
I actually didn't understand that bar.
Did I imagine the Tony D choke? Seems like Illmac and I are the only ones that noticed
I got Illmac winning the first round, Tony D winning this next 2.
Problem with Illmac is he often has really intricate bars that go over people's heads both in terms of punches and schema. Meanwhile, Tony D's bars were much more straightforward and still well written.
Also, Illmac's 3 rounds were basically about himself, where as Ton D really attacked Illmac - that's probably just a function of Illmac being way more popular and exposed, but still... it lead to a lop-sided battle
Tony said "bars over jokes is my philosophy bruv" and the crowd went crazy but most of his biggest lines were jokes.
Illmac needs to re examine himself as a battler, because the dude in this battle isn't close to being top 25
If this is his apex, then how the fuck did I have him in my top 5 lmaoo
Separate names with a comma.
